3 Ingredient Healthy Cookie "Dough"

Raise your hand if you prefer cookie dough to baked cookies! (I'm raising both hands right now). There's just something about the dough that is so addicting. So, why not have a cookie dough-like treat that is ALSO filled with protein and healthiness?! This recipe always satisfies my cookie dough craving, AND satiates my appetite.

DISCLAIMER: You can't expect this to taste exactly like real cookie dough. Cause that's not what it is. BUT I can guarantee you'll love snacking on it!

So here's what you'll need:

  • Vanilla Greek yogurt

  • Peanut butter (I prefer Adam's Natural)

  • Chocolate chips

Literally ALL you do is mix them all up and eat them with a spoon. Now, the measurement ratios can vary depending on the types of yogurt/peanut butter you use and your personal preferences. I also like to refrigerate my peanut butter, which gives this dough a bit of a thicker consistency. The measurements I give in the recipe below are just suggestions, so play around with it, and enjoy!!

Recipe Makes one serving


  • 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

  • 2 TBS peanut butter

  • 1 TBS dark chocolate chips


1. Spoon out your yogurt into a bowl.

2. Add peanut butter.

3. Stir until combined. This may take a little bit of work, especially if you refrigerate your peanut butter like I do! Keep stirring!

4. Pour in your chocolate chips and stir. Add in any other goodies you like: nuts, sprinkles, etc. etc.!!

Go sit on the couch and enjoy that cookie dough!
