4 Ingredient Dark Chocolate Strawberry Muffins

Dark chocolate and strawberries. One of the greatest combos. Right up there with chocolate and peanut butter, avocado and toast. This recipe is a fun twist on the chocolate covered strawberry that you can have for breakfast, for workout fuel, for dessert, for anytime! These muffins are packed with protein, they're super delicious, and you only need 4 INGREDIENTS! Here's what you'll need:


  • Kodiak Cakes Dark Chocolate Mix

  • Vanilla Greek Yogurt

  • Fresh Strawberries, de-stemmed

  • Dark Chocolate Chips


This recipe is seriously SO EASY. The first step is simply mixing the Kodiak Cakes mix together with the Greek yogurt until it's all combined. The Greek yogurt is going to make these sooo moist and dense. The mix comes with little chocolate chips in it, but add more if you like!


After prepping a muffin tin with either cooking spray or muffin cups, fill each cup about 1/3-1/2 way with your dough. Then stick a strawberry in the dough. I like to cut the stem out in a way that makes the strawberry look like a heart so it's cuter!

Then cover up the strawberry and fill the rest of the cup with more dough. Top with extra chocolate chips.


Bake in the oven at 350° for 10-12 minutes, and enjoy!!

Makes about 1 dozen muffins


Ingredients

  • 3 cups Kodiak Cakes Dark Chocolate mix

  • 3 cups vanilla Greek yogurt

  • 12 fresh strawberries, de-stemmed

  • Dark Chocolate Chips


Directions

1. Preheat your oven to 350° and prep a muffin tin with either muffin cups or cooking spray.

2. Mix the Kodiak Cakes mix together with the Greek yogurt until it's all combined. The mix comes with little chocolate chips in it, but stir in more here if you like!

3. Fill each cup about 1/3-1/2 way with dough.

4. Stick a strawberry in the dough so it's standing up.

5. Cover the strawberry and fill the remainder of the cups with dough.

6. Top with extra chocolate chips.

7. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes.

8. Let them cool for a few minutes, and enjoy!
