Chocolate Yogurt Bark
A yummy, easy, protein-packed cold treat!
This recipe makes about 6 3-inch pieces
1 cup yogurt (plain or vanilla work best. I also prefer using Greek since it's so thick)
1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
1/2 cup berries (can use frozen or fresh!)
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (or as many chocolate chips as you want, really)
In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt and protein powder.
Mix in the berries and chocolate chips.
Prepare a plate or pan with parchment paper (or aluminum foil works too).
Spread out your yogurt mixture on to the plate/pan. You can make the layer as thick or as thin as you like.
Put it in the freezer for a few hours to set.
Pull it out of the freezer and cut up into pieces. You may want to wait a while for it to soften a bit to make it easier to cut.
And you have yourself a treat!!
