Lemon Protein Cups

Sunshine in a cup, these little guys are a perfect treat!


This recipe makes about 6 cups.




Ingredients

  • 1 cup tahini

  • 1/2 cup honey

  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • Optional sprinkles :)

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix up all of the ingredients.

  2. Spoon out the mixture and press it into muffin tin cups.

  3. Pop the muffin tin in the freezer for an hour or two.

Take them out, and dig in and have a happy day!!
