Mayo-Free Chicken Broccoli Salad

A more nutrient dense mash-up of 2 classics!

This recipe makes about 4-6 servings.


Salad Chicken breast

1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup red grapes

1 cup celery, sliced

1/2 cup pecans OR walnuts, chopped


1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1-2 TBS honey

Lemon juice from 1/4 of a lemon

2 tsp garlic powder

Salt to taste


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all of your salad ingredients.

  2. In a separate bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients. The measurements above are FLEXIBLE. Adjust according to your preferences.

  3. Mix the dressing with the salad until well combined.

  4. Serve chilled.
