Peanut Butter Banana Cinnamon Oat Protein Muffins

Do you like muffins? Do you like peanut butter and banana? Do you like making sure you get enough protein? Do you like EASY recipes that taste DELICIOUS? Well, look no further because I have the easiest, yummiest, heartiest muffin recipe that you'll want for breakfast all week long.

You only need FOUR INGREDIENTS:

The first step is to mix the Kodiak mix and Greek yogurt together in a mixing bowl.

Then, prep a muffin tin with either muffin cups or cooking spray.

Fill each muffin cup about 1/3 of the way with your Kodiak/yogurt dough.

Spread a layer of peanut butter over the dough. Make this is thick or as thin as you like, but just be careful to not spread it TOO close to the edges, otherwise it will ooze out the sides when you bake the muffins.

Then add a banana slice or two in the center.

Spoon some more peanut butter over the banana if you like, but that's optional. I'm always down for more peanut butter, so I always add more :D.

Top it all off with more dough, and do that for each cup in your muffin tin.

Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes, and you're set! That's it! The result is ooey, gooey, filling, delicious muffins! Perfect for breakfast, snack, dessert, pre/post-workout fuel, whenever!
