Rocky Road Brownies

These healthy-ish delights are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth!!


This recipe makes about 6 THICC brownies!



Ingredients

  • 2 large or 3 small ripe bananas, mashed

  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder (or more, if you like a sharper chocolate flavor)

  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar (or sugar of your choice)

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • Chocolate chips (as many as you want!)

  • Walnuts, chopped (as many as you want!)

  • Marshmallows (as many as you want!)

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350° and prep an 8x8 baking pan with cooking spray.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix up all of the ingredients except the marshmallows

  3. Spread your mixture into your baking pan, and put it in the oven for 25 minutes.

  4. Remove from the oven, and sprinkle the marshmallows, as well as additional chocolate chips and walnuts on top.

  5. Put back in the oven for 5 minutes to get those mallows nice and toasty!

Let them cool for a few minutes, and dig in!!
