Vanilla Cinnamon Spice Protein Steamer

If you're in the mood for a drink that's warm and cozy, not full of sugar and calories, and is full of health benefits, here it is! I got you with this vanilla cinnamon spice protein steamer. Every single ingredient does great things for your body, AND tastes delicious! Here's what you need:

  • Almond milk

  • Vanilla protein powder

  • Vanilla extract

  • Cinnamon

  • Nutmeg

  • Whipped cream (optional)

First, heat up your almond milk. You can do this in a saucepan on the stove or in the microwave. I like to heat mine on the stove for about 5 minutes on low-medium heat.

Then, turn the heat to low, add your protein powder, and stir. Then mix in the vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Pour into your favorite mug, and add whipped cream/cinnamon sticks/whatever other toppings you like!

Recipe Recap:

  • 2 cups almond milk - Califia Farms is my personal favorite

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder - I use IdealLean

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

  • Whipped cream (optional)

1. Heat up your almond milk in a saucepan on the stove on low-medium heat for 5-6 minutes, or in the microwave for about 2-3 minutes.

2. If you're heating your milk on the stove, reduce the heat to low.

3. Stir in the protein powder.

4. Add the vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg and stir.

5. Pour your drink into your favorite mug, add whipped cream/whatever toppings you like!

Now curl up with a blanket and a good movie and you're set!
